Mineral King seems suspended from the sky. The sounds of the outdoors surround you. Chirping chickadees, flowing water, and your own breath creates a sense of belonging. Your companions join in as your guide leads the group in an intermediate, revitalizing, and breath-centered yoga flow. After the stretch, you are ready to walk through the Sequoia National Park wilderness to experience its natural and cultural history, as John Muir once did. You will experience many moments during this inspiring yoga backpack trip, where yoga and self-reflective activities such as meditation and journaling complement your adventure.
