Ben Maddox House Bed & Breakfast

 

A visit to the Ben Maddox House is a step back in history. Built in 1876, the home is located in historic Visalia only 5 blocks from downtown Main street where specialty shops and fine restaurants flourish. Constructed of Sequoia redwood, the parlor, bedrooms and dining room remain in their original state, with 14-foot ceilings and varnished white oak floors. Nearly one-acre grounds with 100-year-old trees include a small citrus orchard, fragrant rose gardens and herb gardens. A warm welcoming awaits you.

•We serve a full breakfast Monday thru Sunday Mornings.
• Dining at private tables in the dining room or outside deck.
• Complementary beverages.
• Swimming pool (open seasonally), large deck and porches.
• Secured off-street parking.
• One night's deposit or credit card guarantee is required to hold reservations.
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• 7 Day Cancellation Policy. Cancellation of/or changes to your reservation, is required seven days prior to check-in. Your credit card will be charged 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.
• Check-in is 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (please call if arrival will be after 6 p.m.).  Check out is 11 a.m.
• Rooms feature private bathrooms and cable television with HBO and high speed wireless internet access.
• Maximum capacity 2 persons per room.
• No smoking or pets permitted anywhere inside the Inn. Outside smoking areas in close proximity of each room.
